Filed under: Police/Emergency , Government/Legal , UK , News A motorist in Scotland has been handed a £60 fine and three points on his licence for blowing his nose while behind the wheel of his car. Stunned Michael Mancini was handed the fine after he pulled out a tissue and wiped his nose while he was sat in stationary traffic with his handbrake on. PC Stuart Gray promptly flagged Mancini down and handed him the punishment for allegedly being ‘not in proper control of his vehicle’.
